Our Louisville office is conveniently located 5 miles east of downtown Boulder on South Boulder Road.
Our office was opened in 2004, providing convenient access to patients from Longmont to Denver. Our treatment operatories are microscope equipped and state-of-the-art. We have a wide variety of movies for our patients to watch during treatment, as well as refreshments in the waiting area.
Our Louisville office is open Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm.
